Lyndawn Hotel Access Statement

We are a small terraced Victorian licenced guest house.

There is one small step up from the public pavement onto our patio, then one step in to the main hall way.

The lounge, bar and dining room are all on one floor, with no steps between each area.

There are 15 steps up to the first floor. Rooms 5/6 and the bar toilet are here.

There are 2steps up to rooms 1/2/3.

There are a further 13 steps up to the second floor rooms: 7/8/9.

There are 2 more steps up to rooms 10/11/12.

All stairways have hand rails.

We have one bar toilet located on the first floor between rooms 5/6

Lighting in public areas is triggered by movement sensors.

Our emergency lighting meets government guidelines.

We do not have stair lifts or lifts.

We do not have baby changing facilities.

We do not have facilities for dogs/cats.

We do not have private parking. There is free on- street parking subject to availability, and further pay and display parking can be found very close by.
